UK Customers
The easiest and fastest way to order is to use Paypal. Add the item(s) you want to your shopping basket, then go to the checkout. You do not need to have a Paypal account, though you will be given the option to open one. If you encounter any problems, please e-mail us direct. Your order will be sent as soon as we receive confirmation of payment. Otherwise, please go to our order form and fill it in on screen, then print out and send it with your cheque payable to HollieStitch Needlecraft to the address on the form. Alternatively reserve by phone and then post us a cheque.

All prices include post and packing. Your order will be despatched by return first class post.

Overseas Customers
Our only means of payment from outside the UK is through Paypal, but our quoted prices include UK postage only, so please do not use the Paypal Shopping Basket! unless you are ordering a pdf file by email.   Please e-mail us with your requirements and we will quote you including a small addition for the extra cost of airmail postage, then send a Paypal request.   We ask for payment in Sterling, because of the uncertainties of Paypal exchange rates, but we will give you the approximate equivalent in your local currency.   Your order will be despatched by return airmail as soon as we receive confirmation, but please note that if you use eCheque, there will be a clearance delay of approx 4 working days.

All Orders
Please let us know within 14 days in the event of damaged or faulty goods, in which case we will be pleased to offer replacement or refund. Please note that for copyright reasons we are unable to accept the return of opened charts.
