A Quaker motif, originally stitched on 40 count silk gauze, but the chart has conversion to linen. 72 x 72 squares. Each square can equal one or two threads depending on the linen or gauze you choose and whether you stitch it in tent or cross stitch.

This set is one of Carolyn's former teaching pieces for the Swan Sampler Guild. A six-sided box, along with the smalls, using garden motifs. The design was stitched on 32ct Cream, using 3 x 5 metre skeins of Au Ver a Soie, Soie d'alger 204, but Carolyn really wants to encourage stitchers to use their own choice of linen and silk for this piece.
