Tournicoton is the creation of Anne Regnier who lives in the Oise district of France, north of Paris. She is a wood sculptress as well a cross stitch designer. Anne has provided an English translation of instructions for several designs and others have a translation provided by Holliestitch - see individual descriptions. Unless otherwise stated, instructions are in French.
