Ordering information
UK Customers
The easiest and fastest way to order is to use the shopping cart and Paypal. Add the item(s) you want to your shopping basket, then go to the checkout. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still pay by credit card via Paypal. You should receive an acknowledgement of your order from us and a receipt for your payment from Paypal. If you do not, please e-mail us direct using the address on our Contact page. Your order will be sent as soon as we receive confirmation of payment.
Otherwise, please go to our order form and fill it in on screen, then print out and send it with your cheque payable to HollieStitch Needlecraft to the address on the form. Alternatively reserve by phone (no. above) and then post us a cheque.
All prices include post and packing.
Overseas Customers
Our only means of payment from outside the UK is through Paypal. Please use the shopping cart as usual and when you get to the checkout, select your location. An extra postage charge of 75p for Europe and £1.50 for the rest of the world will be added, unless you are ordering pdf files only. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still pay by credit card via Paypal. You should receive an acknowledgement of your order from us and a receipt for your payment from Paypal. If you do not, please e-mail us direct using the address on our Contact page. Your order will be despatched by return airmail.
All Orders
Please let us know within 14 days in the event of damaged or faulty goods, in which case we will be pleased to offer replacement or refund. For copyright reasons we are unable to accept the return of opened charts.
Please note that if you use Paypal eCheque, there will be a clearance delay of up to 9 working days.
If we are out of stock of any item, this will be shown on the products page.
Privacy
We collect only the personal information we need to process your order and will never pass this on to third parties. Online purchases are through Paypal, so we do not handle credit / debit card details ourselves. You will only receive emails from us to confirm orders or in response to enquiries, unless you subscribe to our occasional newsletter, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
